MyProtein Heat-to-Eat Pots Review

Every now and then, you come across a product that makes you think, “Why didn’t I try this sooner?” That’s exactly how I felt when Simon introduced me to the MyProtein Heat-to-Eat Pots. After trying a few, I knew they deserved a proper review.

These pots are a game-changer if you want something quick, tasty, and packed with protein. With a wide range of flavours, there’s something to suit every taste. I’ve personally tried three so far, and I can honestly say they all hit the mark.

Here are some of the options available:

  • Japanese-Style Chicken Curry with Rice – 32 g protein, 306 calories. A flavourful curry that doesn’t compromise on nutrition.

  • Brunch Bowl with Chicken Sausages – 20 g protein, 267 calories. A hearty mix of chicken sausage and diced potatoes in spiced tomato sauce.

  • Chipotle Beef Chilli with Rice – 31 g protein, 386 calories. Smoky, rich, and satisfying with beans and peppers.

  • Firecracker Chicken – 30 g protein, 295 calories. Bold, spicy, and packed with flavour.

  • Panang Chicken with Rice – 30 g protein, 320 calories. A fragrant, Thai-inspired curry.

  • Sriracha Chicken with Rice – 31 g protein, 300 calories. Hot, tangy, and full of kick.

Out of these, I’ve tried the Panang Curry, the Firecracker Chicken, and the Japanese-Style Curry — and honestly, none of them disappointed. They’re all full of flavour while keeping the calories in check.

If you’re looking for a high-protein, low-calorie meal option that isn’t just another shake or bar, these are well worth a try. Quick, convenient, and delicious — perfect for busy days when you still want to stay on track.
