Initial assessment

Lasts around an hour, this may vary depending on the individual. Here we assess goals and do a postural assessment and movement screen to determine what sort of program we design. We also look at injury history and look for any tightness or weaknesses so we can design a plan that’s both effective and safe.

Personal training

This starts after our assessment. The personal training program is based on your goals and what we found out on the initial assessment. Each phase of program will run between 3-5 weeks based on the individual and within these weeks we look to steadily progress the program. All data is recorded so we can monitor progress.

Virtual training

One on one training online via zoom or skype. This service is for people who can’t get to a gym very easily but still want to workout from home. All we need to know is if you have any equipment and if you do what do you have. It works the same as personal training. We start with an initial assessment to assess goals, injury history, exercise history etc then start the virtual training from there.

Monthly Program

This service is for people who want to workout on their own but are struggling with goals and with what to do for a program. There is a one off conversation to discuss your goals and we design an plan that lasts a month. This process will be repeated each month if you want to continue on the program.

George trained me for many years. You’ll get the results you want if you do “precisely” what George tells you - he really knows his craft. Just as importantly we had a real laugh week in week out so I always looked forward to training with George.
