1 to 1 personal training

Elite personal training designed to get you results as well as work around your busy life. We use our initial assessment to establish goals and work out limiting factors so we can work out the best plan that works for you.

The 1-1 personal training begins with an initial assessment. This is so we can establish what our goals are, the type of training you like and if you’ve had any injury concerns we need to consider. from there we can build a training program around you. The programs run for 3-4 weeks before they are evolved, and we are constantly trying to progress steadily. This is one of the reasons why we upgrade the programs, it also keeps things interesting.

If one of the goals is weight loss then we will also look at nutrition and make some changes that fit into your life however busy that may be.
